A Quick Overview Of Our New Customer Service Centre

As Tara mentioned the other day, we’re relaunching our helpdesk under a new guise on Tuesday. So say “farewell” to our “support desk” and “say hello to my little friend” .. Ok, maybe not….

We are, however, relaunching our customer service centre so that it becomes a “one stop shop” for all your customer service needs.

It’s new. It’s different and we really like it, but we want YOU to come to love it.

So I’ve put together a “quick and nasty” video to show you around.. It won’t win any Oscars, but it should give you an idea of how to make the most of it.
