Your article is a good reminder of what we members take for granted, and the many ways the IIA endeavours - inch by inch, mile by mile & terabyte by terabyte - to make our online community a better place for us all. You are also right to remind people that they need to reach out and ask for advice and support as soon as they realise they need some advice and help, that way the recovery period can be minimised and the stability and growth period can be brought forward. If people are in any doubt about what the IIA has to offer, they really should go to an IIA Meetball and talk to other members. Joan
