Connection Issues This Morning

As some of you know there were connectivity issues earlier this morning.

At this juncture all service should be restored, however if anyone is experiencing issues still please let us know

We'll provide more details on what happened as soon as one of the technical team provides a report

I read only good/positive twitter messages about your open communication with customers regarding this issue. So, although it was a pain in the ass, it does mean that a lot of people read good things about Blacknight at a time when other companies would have been slated. Well done!

I'd second what Paul said. Things go wrong sometimes. It's inevitable.

It's only when companies fob me off with bullshit and keep me in the dark that I get frustrated, and you're definitely not one of those companies.
