Unlike a LOT of awards the NetVisionary Awards are NOT “pay to play”.
Anyone can nominate anybody they think is deserving and then the public ultimately decides.

Internet Entrepreneur

Web Developer Excellence
And the awards timeline is as follows:
15 February – Nominations Open
26 March – Nominations Close, Judging Commences
9 April – Judging Complete
12 April – Voting Opens
30 April – Voting Closes
20 May – Winners Announced at Net Visionary Awards Ceremony
