Issues With Server Balin

We are currently experiencing issues with the server known as “Balin”.
Our technical team are working on a fix and we will update you as soon as possible
Update: the server has been rebooted. Mail and most other services have been restored. Web traffic is currently disabled
Update 2 – Web traffic is now enabled.

    Could you explain further, please. The IP associated with that server seems to be causing a lot of activity around my securit systems at the moment.
    What is it?
