Earlier this morning the finalists for the 1st Social Media Awards were announced and I’m thrilled that we are on the list. Not only are we on the list, but we are on the list of finalists in several categories:
- Facebook Page for A Business
- Best Business Twitter Account – Marketing & Sales
- Best Business Twitter Account – Support / CRM
- Blog of a Business
- Customer Care using Social Media (Integrated)

The awards ceremony is being held in Dublin’s Mansion House on May 26th with Rick O’Shea.
