So last Friday evening the IIA Net Visionary Awards were held in Dublin
As we mentioned earlier we were sponsoring one of the categories – The Best Web Developer for ingenious engineering and meticulous delivery
This year’s winners were Software Design and here’s a photo of them with me and IIA CEO Joan Mulvihill on the night:

Last year I was honoured to win the overall Net Visionary award. This year the award went to Mark Little of Storyful who after a fantastic introduction by Joan gave a very inspiring speech which I’d urge you to watch:
Conn was shooting video at the event, so he should be posting more of it over the next few days over on Technology.ie
As usual the event was highly enjoyable and it was nice to catch up with a lot of the “movers and shakers” in the Irish internet.
